Teen Incubator (Ages 15–18)
Where you learn to build the parts.
Each Teen incubator is created based on interest and talent. Most begin with creating games, apps, products, designs, or prototypes. The focus is on developing your creative capacity through real projects that build your personal portfolio. Working with professional creatives with experience in related fields while collaborating with peers always beats the competitive in the real world.
The outcome is learning how you work, how others work, and who you work best with, so you can move to the next phase: creating your own company.
Small groups: 3–7 participants per group
Intensive sessions: 1 hour meetings weekly with a mentor, plus biweekly peer group meetings
Product-based: Each group forms around a desired outcome or project

Young Adult Incubator (Ages 18–26)
Where you learn to create a whole company.
In the Young Adult Incubator you learn how create a company from the ground up. The focus here is to run a functioning start up business. From operations, to positioning, to revenue, and growth.
At this stage every incubator becomes a custom one. Failure and success is the same at this stage because learning how to succeed requires both. Every step builds both the student's portfolio and resume, ensuring no matter what the outcome is they will be able to use the experience to work for themselves and others in the future.
